Processing times

Processing time (the time taken from when you order to dispatch) is 1 - 3 days at the moment, however at peak times, this can increase. If you need your gift for a specific date, please specify when ordering using the 'add a message' box. and I will do my best or contact you to discuss. 

Collection, Shipping Costs & Delivery

I take the greatest of pride in packaging your order so that it arrives just as it leaves. Every effort has been put into sourcing the best packaging products and ways of shipping. 

I offer free collection from the shop, 47 High Street, Measham, DE12 7HR. please select local pick up at checkout.

I also offer local delivery wthin the surrounding villages. If your postcode qualifies for this service it will offer you this option at checkout for £2.99.

For shipping throughout the UK, I am currently using Royal Mail on a standard first class service. 

Shipping costs are as follows:

£0 - £21.98 of products is £3.95

£21.99 - £43.98 is £5.50

£43.99 - £65.96 is £7.95

£65.97 - £100 is £8.95
